The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for collecting and maintaining commercial sales data that can be used to make effective strategic and customer decisions. The Sales Operations Manager will create efficiencies in the commercial sales process that will enable growth of the commercial sales organization. The Sales Operations Manager will ensure data integrity of commercial sales systems and will drive and maintain continuous process improvement in the organization. The Sales Operations Manager will coordinate work amongst Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, Product Management, and Customer Support to drive growth of business. This position will lead Sales Data Management, Sales Analytics, and Pipeline Performance Management to optimize processes across the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3 Years of experience successfully demonstrating sales operations leadership acumen in a fast-paced business environment is required.
- Successful completion of a bachelor's degree program with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Statistics is preferred.
- Experience effectively utilizing Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence, and Analytics applications is required. Working knowledge of SAP, Atlas, Salesforce, and Tableau is preferred.
