As a Sales Operations Specialist for a dynamic and growing team, you will support our Industrial Solutions Aftermarket and Services group utilizing our Microsoft CRM tool. You will enhance, train, and gain further adoption through continuous improvement projects and general support. In addition, you will provide valuable insights to help us execute our growth strategy!
Role Responsibilities:
Assist with projects that support and enhance our CRM data
Design and edit KPI and user dashboards
Create marketing lists to support campaigns
Report and track progress of CRM tickets
Upload new accounts and ensure data integrity of existing accounts
Provide user training and support for multiple sales teams
Assist with reporting needs
Other support duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience using Oracle ERP or Oracle BI
Experience with Microsoft Power BI
Background working in an industrial manufacturing company
