Position: Sales Operations Analyst
JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Operations Analyst works closely with the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst and with Sales Management to define, track and report on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness. Creates various reports for multiple department heads. Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Defines, tracks and reports on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness
● Collect and prepare data for every sales associate on KPI’s, phone dials, talk time, appointments,
and demos for sales performance reviews
● Record new deals on the Sales Master Sheet
● Assists with running payments and issuing complimentary tickets on our ecommerce platforms
● Communicates consistent metric updates to Sales Team Leaders and Executives
● Create workflows and automations to route a high volume of leads and contacts to correct
departments and correct sales representatives
● Troubleshooting technical issues with HubSpot
● Creates HubSpot dashboards for management visibility and pipeline management
● Administer and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) tool for full functional use
by the leadership team
● Develops and implements new systems to streamline standard operating procedures
● Automates and optimizes processes and reporting through the use of tools such as zapier
● Anchors all data analysis for the Scottsdale Sales Team and ensures Leadership and Executives
have full visibility on all areas of the department
● Conducts monthly reconciliations with Sr. Sales Operations Analyst and Finance team
● Update, review and provide daily sales report to Sales Leader and Director
● Send end of day email reports to COO, President, Sales Director and CFO
● Collaborate with the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst and the finance team to deliver veracious sales
reports to the company’s executive team
● Collaborates in building of dashboards to display data in the most digestible format
● Works on miscellaneous projects, audits and projections as requested by the Sales Executive team
● Provides commission reports to the accounts payable team

QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
● Proficient with G-Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail, Calendars, Slides) and basic PDF
editing functions
● Proficient with Microsoft office
● Strong analytical and reporting skills
● Technical expert with the ability to learn new software programs
● Competent problem solver
● Experience with HubSpot is a plus
● Experience with Zapier preferred
● Great Attitude
● Able to function effectively in a fast paced work environment
This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Scottsdale, AZ
