SaaS Labs is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to lead our efforts in setting up data and reporting structures for all GTM-facing teams (Marketing, Sales & CS) within the Revenue Operations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for building out the data infrastructure across the GTM systems, setting up automated reporting of key metrics, and showcasing insights to leadership on areas of improvement and optimization.
Qualification:
- Overall 4-6 years of experience and a minimum of 2 years within data and analytics, planning or sales strategy role (preferably in the SAAS domain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data structures to capture relevant information across Marketing, Sales & CS teams & Set up automated reporting of key metrics
- Build solid know-how of the end-to-end revenue funnel (Land + Expand), identify relevant metrics to track the growth and churn of the business, and leverage analytics to present key insights to stakeholders at different levels in the company
- Create a data-driven metric-oriented culture within the revenue organisation by providing easy and intuitive access to dashboards, analyses, and insights
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in data management and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Liaise with internal revenue teams to understand key data and process requirements and formulate programs to deliver the insights and train teams
Must-have Skills:
- Analytical and data-driven: Should have experience in data modeling (MS Excel) and running analytics programs
- Sales acumen: Understanding of fundamental sales concepts such as capacity planning, segmentation, pipeline, forecasting, account and territory distribution, variable compensation, etc.
- Project management: Ability to drive projects in a structured manner end to end
- Database systems: Knowledge of database languages, warehouses & BI tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Tableau
Good-to-have Skills:
- SaaS tools exposure: Worked on CRM (SFDC) and have an understanding of other tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- SaaS startup experience: Prior experience in a startup building data structures is a plus
