Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
I am partnered with a Series B funded startup focused on revolutionizing the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry by providing a seamless, convenient, and affordable charging experience for EV owners. They are rapidly expanding their network of charging stations across the country and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead their revenue growth strategy.
As the CRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that will drive the success of our startup. You will work closely with the executive team to set revenue targets and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards meeting those targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall mission and vision.
- Lead the development of revenue targets and KPIs in collaboration with the executive team.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for our EV charging services that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities that align with our core competencies and market demand.
- Manage the sales and business development teams to ensure effective execution of revenue growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Create and maintain a culture of data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on revenue growth progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in revenue growth, sales, or business development leadership roles.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience in the EV or automotive industry is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies that drive success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
