About The Role
Our customers have complex operations distributed across time zones and geographies, often trying to manage it all on paper and in spreadsheets. We have created an operations execution platform which serves as the source of truth for work happening across the organization which chain operators use to align everyone from headquarters to the field to the stores. Our end goal is to improve the way work gets done in the field to ensure that every meal is a safe meal.

What you'll do as a Sales Operations Analyst
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights and track performance metrics.
- Work with Sales Ops Manager and Salesforce admin to develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategy and execution.
- Use data and industry knowledge to support sales team in developing and executing sales plans and initiatives.
- Maintain compliance sales data in CRM system and other sales tools.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support to sales leadership as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of work experience in a relevant role, such as sales/business/revenue operations, sales analysis, pipeline strategy, and/or sales strategy.
- Strong understanding of relevant sales KPIs.
- Expertise combining revenue focussed data sets with sales processes and market trends to provide strategic solutions.
- Deep understanding of Excel or equivalent analytical tools is a requirement, experience with SQL a plus but not required.
- Experience creating comprehensible and actionable sales dashboards.
- A proven track record of impactful change and/or best practice programs of sales teams.
- Desire to lay a foundational program and build a scalable sales strategy.
- Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast paced, cross regional, diverse, and dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
