The Role
We're looking for an organized and ambitious Sales Operations leader with a proven track record of supporting and optimizing high-growth sales teams. Our team is still small and the ideal candidate will be comfortable performing all aspects of a sales operations role from individual contributor tasks all the way to helping develop and execute strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Own and optimize the entire revenue funnel, exposing gaps and opportunities within our current process
- Manage our sales tech stack, including Salesforce/Salesloft structure & strategy, vendor evaluation & implementation, data quality & architecture, etc.
- Handle all sales and customer success team and individual reporting - dashboards, productivity documents
- Create and manage processes for monthly revenue and sales forecasting
- Standardize methods for measuring and reviewing pipeline quality
- Analyze total addressable market and recommend changes to better drive focus and capture share
- Calculate and communicate all sales and customer success commission and incentive payments
- Assist in the optimization of sales territories and quotas
- Manage deal desk responsibilities, contract requests and enforcement
- Identify the key drivers of success for current sales channels and determine where the next incremental dollar of investment should be directed to drive growth
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of operations experience in high-growth Marketplace and/or B2B SaaS companies
- Expert in optimizing Salesforce and implementing/integrating other RevOps tools within a quickly scaling environment
- Salesforce certified and administrator a must
- Proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives for rapidly scaling organizations
- Experience architecting and managing revenue systems from ground up
- Capable of using data to identify trends and make strategic, analytically sound, recommendations that optimize the sales organization
- Able to thrive in a startup environment— you move quickly, think strategically, and are superb at tactical execution
- Experience with Gainsight a plus
