Job Role overview:
At DelphianLogic Sales Function is divided into two different departments- Inside Sales and Frontline Sales. The Inside Sales department is responsible for Lead Generation by conducting Research, creating a Lead Database, and running Mail Campaigns and Cold Calling.
The frontline sales department is responsible for lead qualification, opportunity generation, opportunity qualification, and negotiation/closures for Fortune 1000 companies across the US and Europe. Sales are supported by the pre-sales team for solution creation, proposal making, and technical wins.
Sales operations manager would be leading Inside Sales team and directly reporting to the Founder and the CSO (Chief Sales Officer). You will be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective inside sales process to enable the growth of the organization. Your duties will range from vendor selection/ monitoring and management, providing guidance about market trends, to developing resources and tracking long-term Inside sales data, and supporting sales reps with sales.
Job responsibilities:
Streamlining and Optimizing the Sales Process for Inside Sales
You need to pinpoint areas of the Inside sales team’s process that could be costing valuable deals. In addition to identifying these areas of opportunity, you are also required to propose and implement solutions to keep the sales process in top shape.
Selecting, implementing, and managing inside sales automation tools
Ensure that the sales team has the tools they need to succeed by evaluating the usage and capability of the tools we currently have. Also, source and manage the implementation of inside sales automation systems required in the future.
Manage CRM (Zoho CRM in DL’s Case)
You are required to manage contact lists, ensure that the CRM data is up to date, audit data for
consistency, and manage custom fields and data.
Assist in Sales Funnel monitoring and process troubleshooting
Responsible for making sure contacts are moving through the company’s sales funnel smoothly. The individual in this role should be tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel and analyzing pertinent data so they can make sound recommendations for how to improve the funnel’s performance. Additionally, while managing the sales funnel, you should be privy to any sticking points that could impact sales velocity and should propose and implement solutions for improvement.
Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.
Work closely with their sales leaders to provide data-driven input on future organizational goals. You will be a point person for relevant data analysis that informs compensation decisions and future sales targets.
Coordination with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Accounting and BIG.
Managing third-party vendors for Scoping, Contracting, Negotiations, and Licensing.
Skills and Experience:

Analytics and Reporting Expertise
Understanding of CRM and Database Software
Education and Experience
Master's degree in any field; MBA preferred
4+ years of relevant experience
