A leading Private Equity backed Technology business is looking to hire a Sales & Demand Operations Analyst to come onboard and support with data analysis and reporting to aid planning & forecasting activities. Our client has a deep-rooted presence across the globe and despite wider economic uncertainty, they're well placed to continue to grow and expand both locally and internationally.
This role will be hybrid with two/three days per week in their Central London office with the remainder working from home.
This is a hands-on role with exposure across many facets of the organisation. Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:
- Demand planning, reporting and data insights to support global delivery teams
- Detailed and operations focused, provide regular insights and commentary in regards to sales operations/revenue opportunities, business costs/risks and recommendations for improvement
- Provide support and challenge to key business units to ensure any variances are well understood
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to aid delivery schedules and costing projections
To succeed in this role:
- Finance/Economics/Accounting or Mathematics qualification with CIMA (or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to structure and analyse large data sets, automate reporting to enable effective planning activities
- Excellent data, analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to get things done
- Ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to use different tools to identify trends, create insights and recommendations to the business. Salesforce experience is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
