Clearwave Corporation has an exciting opening for a RevOps Administrator. We are looking for a RevOps Administrator to help us maintain and enhance our revenue engine. You’ll bring a passion for problem-solving, learning and detail. You love maintaining and improving processes put in place and enjoy the results that come from your systems administration.
What You’ll Do:
Under the direction of the Revenue Operations Manager, the RevOps Administrator will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Deal desk and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis across revenue-related metrics. You will directly impact the overall success of the organization and will help manage some financial tasks and help overseeing budgeting and accounting.
RevOps Accounting and Reporting:
- Support contract management, including workflow, templates, pricing, and process standardization, using Ironclad, MS Office, and QuickBooks
- Ensure data-accuracy in Salesforce for accurate monthly financial reporting
- Collaborate with RevOps leaders to promote adherence to processes in all revenue-generating areas of the organization
- Document the correct processes and identify areas for automation and streamlining processes
- Manage and maintain the company’s Deal Desk call and Deal Desk reporting in Salesforce
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting for the Sales, Finance, and Customer Success Departments
- Assist in the maintenance of documentation for the contracting process
- Manage the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) process of uploading the file and updating Salesforce as well as communicating with the corresponding Account Executive that a specific Account needs one signed
- Manage preparation of salesforce reports and dashboards for Clearwave leaders and departments to ensure operational effectiveness
- Maintain data hygiene across the GTM tech stack as necessary to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
What You’ll Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business Management/ Administration, or other related field of study
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
- Salesforce
- Ironclad or other Contract Management Systems
- Excel (MS Office)
- Accounting (QuickBooks)
- Word (MS Office)
Preferred:
· Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles
