The Role: Sales Operations Manager
The Global Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the development of sales operations processes for both Grenadier and future Ineos Automotive vehicle lines, optimising business sales performance across all product channels.
Duties of the Sales Operations Manager:
- Lead the sales forecasting and sales requirements for the commercial team
- Set sales goals aligned with corporate strategy
- Accountable for developing best in class journey and proactively engaging with other Sales Ops team members to develop best practice
- Management of sales order processes to support the production system
- Forward sales planning and forecasting, to support requirements of SCM and Production as part of demand planning
- Responsibility for sales channel and programme optimisation
- Experience working within the automotive industry/OEM is essential
- A good understanding of the retail, wholesale and production planning
For our Sales Operations Manager we are looking for:
- Experience working within the automotive industry/OEM is essential
- Ideally worked within a Sales Operations role previously
- A good understanding of the retail, wholesale and production planning
- Knowledge of Global markets
- A good understanding of the retail, wholesale and production planning
- Previous experience with Salesforce and SAP
