What will you do?
The Schneider Electric Sales Operation Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume a Sales Operations Supervisor role.
This position is accountable for managing the sales operations team who coordinates the ASCO Product line for Canada. The successful candidate will ensure successful day to day operations, while supporting the integration of new processes and systems.
Manage a dynamic team of Associate Project Managers, Bid Specialists and Project Coordinator’s nationally-
Lead employee goal review process and ensure team members are on target to succeed

Work closely with internal teams (Outside Sales, Finance, GSC, Marketing, Services, International Support teams) to ensure process compliance and strategy alignment

Participate in weekly bid cadence review and assign bid support nationally as required

Support project escalations when required by associate project management team.

Manage allocation process for ASCO Products in Canada (with alignment to National Project needs and Sales)

Understand open backlog and ensure at risk projects have support as needed

Create and manage automation tools to increase process efficiency

Maintain Sales Operations department policies, procedures, training manuals and related resource material

Sustain tableau reports and update as criteria changes

Identify and promote opportunities to improve the quotation process and measure effectiveness
Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics (Preferred) / Mechanical or relevant experience

1-3 years’ experience in sales operations role (Project management or Tendering)

Enthusiastic and driven personality focused on motivating and leading a team

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Detailed oriented and strong proof reading and communication skills both written and verbal

Action oriented, proactive in prioritizing own workload

System Skills: SE Advantage, Q2C, bFO, Tableau (asset)
