Position:Revenue Operations Manager
Position Summary
Texada Software is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager who can help us build a data-driven organization that will enable Texada to continue its fast growth trajectory. As the Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be a crucial part of the commercial team, helping build and implement our revenue strategy, implementing processes, managing a tech stack, and providing actionable insights.
How you will be contributing
- Proactively surface insights and make informed recommendations about where we should place go-to-market bets.
- You will have the opportunity to work across teams (sales, customer success, marketing, finance) and have your work made visible across the business.
- Build and manage a process that will support sales and marketing ops, CRM & tech stack, data analysis, and eventually, deal desk.
- Develop and deliver a dashboard/reporting structure across sales, customer success, and marketing performance.
- Support the GTM strategy, looking for optimization in pricing, messaging, territory design, our target market, and much more.
- Partner closely with the finance organization and find alignment between short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead the sales operating cadence, including forecast calls, quarterly reviews, etc.
- What we are hoping to find in your background
- At least 2 years of Sales/Marketing/Rev Ops experience in B2B enterprise space.
- Experience in Marketing Operations to include learning and using and gaining insight from multiple data sources.
- A passion for the Building phase, will to start from a blank slate to build repeatable programs and processes
- You have experience in communicating with a broad cross functional teams and can distill sophisticated concepts and analyses into concise and practical conclusions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
