The Sales Operations Analyst position is responsible for all aspects of our client prospect database, including researching and adding new prospects, resolving data errors, daily maintenance, and reporting.

What You Will Do:

Work alongside the Information Technology department to maintain our client prospect lists within the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) for the sales department and resolve issues related to the prospect lists.

Coordinate the import of data into our CRM and validate the Sales teams CRM entries to ensure there isnt duplication, auditing for relevancy and accuracy.
- Source potential prospects using external sources, such as ZoomInfo, to incorporate into our call lists and outbound calling system (Connect and Sell).
- Generate accurate sales reporting including Sales KPIs, Connect and Sell metrics, and data management updates.

Conduct detailed analyses on large data sets with Microsoft Excel, using functions such as VLOOKUP, MATCH and IF statements.

Work with outside vendors, such as ZoomInfo and Connect and Sell to ensure reporting and records are transferred accurately and to ensure the team is utilizing dialing services efficiently and effectively.

Maintain Sales territory for sales team.

Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials for users as database applications are developed. Including CRM, outbound calling, marketing systems, and other sales processes.

Serve as first line of support for all users and keep them informed about system functionality and enhancements.

Update and maintain project timelines/milestones and strategies utilizing enterprise systems such as CRM and SmartSheet.

Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, mailers, and callbacks, generated from our CRM database for the Sales team.
- Support the Sales Operations team as needed.
What You Need:
-
Bachelors degree
-
At least 2-3 years professional experience
- Experience with analyzing large amounts of data and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into actionable insight

Experience with outbound lead generation management and vendor management
-
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
-
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working independently, as well as within a team environment
-
Ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize/manage workload
-
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
-
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain effective relationships

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
-
Experience working with sales teams and executive leadership preferred

The salary range for this position is: $57,400 $100,500 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
