Job Summary
Supervises customer service team to ensure customer orders, deliveries and inquiries are met in a timely manner.
Job Functions
· Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems;
· Responsible for all Feed sales process for N. America &. S. America
· Process purchase orders for customers in assigned territory & advise Feed Customer Service team members;
· Ensure SAP & Bio Drive Key in, warehouse release, etc. with accuracy;
· Provide guidance to feed customer service team members on general daily inquiries and report information to Customer Service Manager;
· Communicate regularly with account managers & customers to ensure forecasts are accurate and up to date, communicate with SCM as needed;
· Verify the status of shipping schedules and purchase orders with production facilities and customers;
· Review & prepare required shipping documents;
· Work with trucking companies to make delivery arrangements;
· Follow-up with K&G (or US Customs Agents) with overseas shipments (SCM when needed);
· Correspond to all issues related to shipment with SCM, freight forwarders/shipping lines, production facilities, warehouses, and customers regarding, but not limited to price, certificate, shipping, schedule, commission, damages, AR, etc., as needed;
· Supervise inventories for the adequate volume of products with Supply Chain Manager and Distribution Center;
· Maintain and reconcile inventory with warehouse on SAP to ensure information is current and accurate;
· Support SCM through verifying sales expenses and purchasing expenses are accurate and up to date.
· Ensure accuracy of Feed Sales monthly closing reports for sales, inventory and accounts receivables status;
· Ensure daily customer service inquiries are met with timely responses from customer service team. Correspondence may include but is not limited to e-mail, telephone, fax, etc.
· Calculate buy-in based on Feed product price change and communicate this information to the team;
· Ensure customer service team provides timely responses to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, etc. on assigned accounts;
· Provide all QA/QC product information, documentation and certifications for customers as needed. This position is the 1st reviewer of customer document requests and corresponds with departments to ensure customer requests are met;
· Attend FSMA and other continued food safety trainings to support customer needs;
· Assists and ensures new customer accounts are setup correctly, i.e. applications, SAP, line of credit, etc.;
· Review for the AR and request payment every week and report to related departments;
· Provide support for inside and outside sales manager as necessary;
· Supervises and ensures products sample requests are met, which includes but is not limited to lot, COA, shipping and delivery, etc. as needed;
· BPMS filling and follow-up;
· Support internal management requests as assigned;
· Create and produce reports as necessary.
Perform other duties as necessary.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor Degree preferred with 2-4 years directly related work experience
OR
· Associates Degree and 3-5 years directly related work experience
