We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our Global Sales team within the Currency division of De La Rue.
This role is responsible for providing day to day support to the Global Sales team whilst also managing our CRM system to assist the sales team in creating plans to achieve long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Teams in data management of CRM and attend weekly pipeline reviews

Work closely with internal stakeholders to keep them apprised of CRM data

Supporting with the drafting of various documents including letters, reports, and presentations

Support customer feedback surveys and actions

Raise Purchase Orders on behalf of the Global Sales Director

Assist with events and customer visits when required
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Full Time – 36.5 hrs per week (9am – 5:15pm Mon, 9am – 5pm Tues – Fri)
Base location: Basingstoke
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to precise deadlines, to recognise and act on priorities.

Good communication skills both verbal and written, and confidence to deal with and support internal and external customers.

Must have strong IT skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience of SharePoint and SAP ByD would be advantageous.

Cultural awareness and experience of supporting overseas teams (desirable)

Experience of using CRM or an equivalent customer relationship tool (desirable)

Ability to provide a high standard of administrative support, with attention to detail and skill in using technology to increase effectiveness.
