Responsibilities
1, As a Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for accelerating current sales initiatives that deliver sales growth and accelerate overall revenue across our product suite
2, Create alignment between all revenue-relevant teams (sales, marketing, support, etc.) and departments to ensure collaboration
3,Work hand-in-hand with leaders of relevant departments
4,Use data to make informed decisions and define strategic processes
5,Use data to define relevant KPIs and communicate them with teams
6,Provide all teams with the tools, technology, and resources they need to succeed at their jobs and execute strategy
7,Communicate with executives and key stakeholders about revenue stream performance
Use data to identify market segments that generate the most revenue and dictate strategic marketing processes that speak to audience needs
Qualifications:
- Channel Account Management/Direct Selling experience with a proven track record of success in quota attainment and MoM quota growth
- Strong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a defined plan
- You are results oriented, Experience managing large teams of people and generating alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- You are incredibly hands-on yet comfortable taking a step back and thinking strategically and autonomously
- You are naturally well organized and stay cool when working under pressure
- You have proven relationship building skills, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent networking skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ensures team members follow the company's core processes with consistency

- You are not a middleman
- Enterprise+ startup company experience is huge plus
- Proven experience in creating business strategies
- Understanding of revenue operations and why it s important for a business
- Demonstrated experience and success in executing business strategies
- OTA, Tourism, Passenger Transportation, Logistics or Ecommerce industry experience is plus
- SAAS Or Fintech background+
Salary: 200K+ 1.5% equity
