We are looking for your expertise to help fuel the efficiency of our Enterprise Sales team and achieve our sales targets! Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and enjoys the prospect of being the crucial link between Enterprise Sales Executives and internal stakeholders? In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your deep knowledge of sales operations and best practices around bid or contract management.
With your resourcefulness and ability to steward sales operations, you will be well-positioned to identify root cause problems and drive cross-functional improvements across sales processes, sales methodology, customer journey, etc.

How You Will Make An Impact
- You will improve the supporting functions of our sales operations for our large and global Enterprise clients, with a focus on the Automotive manufacturing industry
- You will work closely with our global Enterprise Account Executives on bid and contract management, cross-functional alignment and much more. To this end, you will play a crucial role in aligning with our Legal Team to ensure a smooth and scalable contracting process.
- You will utilize your analytical skills to provide critical metrics and insights for annual sales planning, quota setting and account planning activities
- You will optimize efficiency and performance in our Enterprise team by diving into topics like forecasting, sales performance metrics, QBRs and booking reviews
- You will support the sales team across administrative and efficiency topics
What Will Help You Succeed In The Role
- Your expertise in B2B sales operations and bid and contract management support will empower you to get a smooth start with our internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office tools
- Native-like German skills are essential in our targeted industries, while fluent English skills will help you successfully collaborate with all internal stakeholders since English is our official language
- Your structured approach and multitasking abilities will enable you to deliver on operational and administrative tasks, and manage the overall sales processes and performance to ensure seamless operations
