Summary:
Apiture's Sales Enablement team is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will provide technical and administrative assistance to Sales and Relationship Management teams in support of revenue growth and retention. Reporting to the SVP – Sales Enablement, the Sales Operations Analyst will deliver on key customer and prospect initiatives through data analysis and project management. The Sales Operations Analyst should be prepared to wear multiple hats and support many segments of the Apiture business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and a self-starter who wants to shape the future of growing company
Location (Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, Remote):
We have offices in Wilmington, NC and Austin, TX and while some positions are office based, we will also consider remote candidates depending on their time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute improvement projects aligned to complex sales organization needs
- Manage tools used by the sales team including content management, prospect or sales portal, customer success management, conversational intelligence, lead generation and others
- Interpret operations and sales data and provide dashboards and presentations to leadership
- Oversee Salesforce, Hubspot, and other system data integrity
- Ensure consistency in workflows and processes
- Provide technical and administrative support to sales
- Work closely with Sales organization to understand needs and opportunities
- Design and implement process improvement projects for efficiency and scale
- Work cross-functionally with IT and other teams across the enterprise to facilitate open dialogue around business needs and expectations
- Ensure Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong utilization across sales teams
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Management and other departments to facilitate an open dialogue around business needs and expectations
- Analyze customer extensions and renewals, product cancellations and customer terminations
- Collect, analyze and report on pipeline data
- Collect sales trends and evaluate performance calculated against sales quotas
- Improve lead source and referral reporting
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years experience managing Salesforce, Hubspot and other sales and customer success management technologies and tools
- Knowledge of banking practices and software sales is preferred
- Experience managing projects and implementing change in a sales organization
- Experience building custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Hubspot as well as analyzing data and building charts in Excel
- Ability to simplify and summarize complex concepts
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, results-driven and customer focused
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong
