Vyond is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Sales Operations Specialist.
This position will be a key member of Vyond’s operations team who is responsible for the infrastructure that drives a top tier sales organization. It is a high visibility role as the primary business partner to sales management, and will be an ideal opportunity for somebody looking to rapidly progress their sales operations career.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Ownership of sales systems administration (Salesforce admin experience is required)
- Ownership of lead routing (LeanData experience preferred)
- Management of data quality tools (DemandTools experience is ideal)
- Management of sales tool stack (ZoomInfo, Chorus, Outreach)
In addition to systems administration experience, candidates should understand the common processes of an inside sales team. Familiarity with pipeline management, sales development and forecasting practices is expected, as is the acumen to work with colleagues at significantly varying levels within the organization.
Ideal candidates will possess a desire to understand the details behind how each piece of Vyond’s lead to renewal flow fit together and must approach tasks using a method that evidences a passion for efficient and robust processes. The aptitude and desire to fully understand and continuously improve the status quo is required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role, preferably in an enterprise software / SaaS high-growth environment
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" duties as needed to support the team and business
