THE ROLE
Our Director of District Partnership (DDP) team members are key contributors to the growth and success of the company. As a Sales Operations Specialist (Internally know as Sales Specialist), you will be working directly with the DDPs to support them with necessary tools for maintaining and growing territories through an efficient and organized process. The Sales Support team is responsible for data integrity initiatives and process workflows within the sales team. This includes deal approvals, report generation within the CRM, lead prospecting, and helping to ensure a smooth handover process for a successful program launch. The role will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with gathering all necessary sales materials including but not limited to: quotes, statements of work, contract agreement forms, marketing collateral, reports, and other necessary items
- Assist with pipeline management, deal movement, confirm all appropriate data has been collected and reflected accurately, and build custom objects in CRM (HubSpot)
- Review, evaluate, and assess deals in current stages throughout each stage of the pipeline
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date system of deal programs within respective regions
- Obtain accurate HR path details for coach onboarding
- Facilitate ongoing meetings to communicate program information in a timely manner
- Liaise with regional Operations Specialist for program handover
- Collaborate with department members to establish processes for efficient sales operations and enablement
- Collect information for RFPs/RFQs and marketing materials
- Communicate with potential customers and follow up on leads
Position Requirements- At least 3+ years of experience in sales, operations, data entry, or other administrative work
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must be willing to travel to our Central Office in Pacific Beach, California for in-person trainings/meetings quarterly
- Skills and Characteristics:
- Display professionalism and excellent communication (oral and written)
- Strong data and systems knowledge: HubSpot, Google Drive/tools: Excel, Docs, PPT
- Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced administrative skills and a process-oriented mindset are a must
- Outstanding attention to detail and can-do attitude
- Comfortable working with multiple people and departments internally and externally
The target annual base pay range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
