Founded in 2019 by Romain Niccoli (ex founder and CTO of Criteo) and Eléonore Crespo (Index Ventures and Google), Pigment is a fast-growing international scale-up that raised over $160M+ to become the central business planning solution powering Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing decisions.
We serve fast-growing companies including Gong, Carta, Ledger, Deliveroo, Brex, Melio, and Spendesk to name a few!
Pigment has a remote flexible policy in which we offer 'in office', hybrid (up to 60% remote), and fully remote in exceptional circumstances. We have offices in Paris, London, New York and Toronto.

What you will do
- Implement current GTM strategy, processes and tools that will enable the business to deliver expected revenue
- Own the internal forecasting and pipeline management
- Define and allocate books of business to the team to maximise impact and conversion rates
- Assign sales territories to optimise coverage
- Run the end-to-end deal desk process and drive continuous improvement
- Responsible for defining, maintaining and reporting sales performance metrics
- Drive our sales performance by managing the complete sales processes in our CRM Salesforce in cooperation with our sales leaders
- Lead standardisation of processes and tools and drive continuous improvement to optimize productivity
- Engaging with sales teams on guidelines, requirements, corrections, quality assurance, and coaching
Who you are
- 5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales Ops role, best case additionally in a Sales role
- You have a very good knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies
- Knowledge of sales enablement and sales automation tools is essential
- You possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- You are a Salesforce expert, knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- You speak English fluently, French is a plus
