Position Summary
TokenEx is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and highly driven Revenue Operations Analyst who will be instrumental in ensuring that the organization is running effectively. This role will work closely with Revenue and Financial Operations Leadership and their teams to support accelerating growth through implementing scalable processes and conducting ad-hoc strategic data and analysis-related projects. You will leverage best practices and data insights to build foundational processes to help the company scale for future growth.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for oversight and day-to-day administration and execution of revenue team systems/platforms, implementations, integrations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance (Salesforce, Chorus, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, SigParser, IronClad, ZoomInfo, and Pardot).
- Salesforce subject matter expert responsible for executing day-to-day administration of systems and responsible for reporting and data analysis.
- Work closely with revenue/operation team key stakeholders to create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and data visualizations to deliver an enhanced measurement system for revenue teams and improve data workflows for accurate metrics.
- Identify process gaps, data quality issues, sales proficiency, and adoption issues, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve and enforce data quality and accuracy of analytics.
- Manage implementation/coordination with third-party software system suppliers.
- Provide end-user support, ensuring accurate data collection/consistency for revenue systems/platforms.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and hygiene of systems pertaining to revenue function.
- Responsible for supporting revenue function to drive performance and track sales team quotas/metrics/goals.
- Responsible for managing special projects for the revenue team and SFDC-related projects; overseeing project execution, coordination, communication, and tracking project initiatives to ensure deadlines are met, and team members are held accountable.
- Own systems documentation/communication for platform changes related to functionality and processes.
- Responsible for importing/exporting RFPs/RFIs, setting deadlines, and maintaining of knowledge library.
- Provide training for all revenue operations systems to new revenue team hires and create "How To's" for systems/platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations position (SaaS and B2B experience preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce is required, and Chorus, SalesLoft, IronClad, and Pardot is a plus.
- Experience in modeling out sales forecasting, extracting data/analytics, and reporting.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities and demonstrated ability to prioritize, working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a consistent track record of exceeding goals.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills who is able to self-direct and work independently; highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Must be agile, responsive, detail-oriented, and operationally focused.
