Sales Operations Manager - Producer Operations (Hybrid)

Role Description
Manages the operations activities for the Producer Licensing and Commissions team which spans across multiple segments of business, to include Individual Family Plans (IFP), Global Health Benefits (GHB), and OSCAR, while keeping in compliance with the organization’s and government policies.
Reviews operations systems and procedures, and recommends improvements to increase efficiency.
Manages and provides leadership to a team of employees responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payments to the producer community.
Leads efforts to identify best practices and move the team through required changes to include system and process changes.
Develops and implements solutions to department/customer issues.
Provide guidance and development to team members to include coaching and mentoring.
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal business leaders of the segments supported to ensure critical objectives relative to producer commissions are considered and met.
Analyze department reports and review deviations
Create an environment where the team works as a cohesive and high performing unit.
Proactively identify process gaps and work collaboratively with business partners regarding corrective actions.
Plans, organizes, and controls the activities and staff required to provide solutions, consulting to one or more defined business areas or processes.
Strong understanding of SOX controls and liability
Establish solid rapport with internal and external customers.
Make recommendations for system enhancements or exception reporting when trends in errors are found.
Respond to all inquiries, oral or written, in a clear, concise manner.
Project a professional attitude and demonstrate effective listening skills on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years related experience in management in a high production environment with a strong customer focus. Strong work ethic & high standards.
Proven organizational and analytical skills, results oriented with attention to detail
Proven professional with sound business decision making skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a stressful environment
Strong customer service focus
Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in teams as well as the ability to be a productive individual contributor
Requires an ability to utilize diplomacy and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.
Requires and in-depth understanding, knowledge, and interpretive ability regarding policies and procedures, and the ability to apply solutions creatively within or outside of guidelines.
Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills; demonstrated ability to effectively coach, develop, and mentor employees.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 92,100 - 153,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
