As a part of the senior executive team, my client is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to assist them in analyzing sales and marketing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
About The Role
- REMOTE role, but encouraged to go into the office on a schedule that works for you if you live in Toronto
- Reporting to the CMO
- Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as campaign analysis, sales forecasting, conversion rates, and funnel progression
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, IT, product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations
- Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations process
- Sales planning activities including quota management and territory assignments
About you:
- Ability to work in a remote environment. Open to candidates that live in Canada or the US
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Revenue Operations role (preferably within a SaaS company)
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, and able to think strategically. In addition to possessing strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of the sales process and the company’s target audience and goals
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Deep Salesforce.com CRM system experience including analyzing, managing and transforming CRM data to meet business requirements
- Advanced Excel skills including the creation of pivot tables, charts & graphs, formulas, etc.
- Experience using a BI platform (Tableau preferred)
