Lovehoney Group is looking for a motivated, dedicated and passionate individual for the Revenue / Sales Operations Specialist position. This position will report directly to the Director Global B2B and will be responsible for managing the operational efficiency of selling within the B2B organization and ensuring all CRM processes, Sales analytics and KPIs are driving an increased level of sales achievement. This strategic and highly visible role requires effective cross-department communication within our company as well as a hands-on mentality to improve global sales excellence across all regions.

Your responsibilties:
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the B2B sales processes, tools and way of working to detect key operational challenges of Account Managers across all stages (lead management, contract management, onboarding, ordering, account management, forecasting, sales analysis, etc.)
- Identify strategic opportunities and operational improvement areas within the B2B sales team and develop matching solutions / new processes that create value and increase sales excellence, while ultimately growing revenue
- Drive sales excellence and a data-driven sales culture by providing ongoing training and development regarding all B2B sales processes and tools to the Sales team members (incl. change management)
- Manage and oversee all B2B sales reporting from conceptual dashboard development to rollout and implementation in ERP system (Netsuite), Tableau and/or Excel
- Maintain all B2B sales processes, tools, documents and methodologies to ensure organizational efficiency and smooth daily operations
- Steer cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the Operations, IT, Enterprise Solutions, Finance and Legal team
- Analyse key sales and margin performance to provide insights for Management team and steer key business decisions
- Act as global leader for the use of B2B Sales tools and oversee the entire tool landscape incl. Netsuite (ERP), Pipedrive (Lead Management), Tableau (Visualization), Magento (B2B webshop)
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Adminstration, Management, Economics, or relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Consulting and/or Process Optimization, ideally in the consumer goods industry
- Strong track record in developing and executing efficiency improvement projects, incl. project management and tool implementation
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented thinker with creative mindset and strong conceptual as well as implementation skills
- You possess an analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen
- High degree of comfort in dealing with dynamic fast-paced environments, shifting priorities and change
- Extremely well organized and maintain a high level of independence and responsibility for achieving results
- Strong communicator with ability to persuade critical voices with convincing arguments, effective communication and strong presentation skills
- Experience with key tools are a plus: Netsuite, Tableau, Pipedrive, Magento
- Fluent level of German and English as well as excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
