Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Solar Sales Operations Manager to oversee and manage the sales operations for our solar products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales management, as well as experience in the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient installation of solar systems
- Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales management
- Experience in the solar industry strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for the solar industry
