Localedge, a leading provider of local digital media solutions including SEO, Social Media, Email, websites and other products for local businesses, is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to oversee its sales, affiliate, and customer experience operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that increase customer acquisition, retention, and upsell. The Chief Revenue Officer will work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with company objectives and will lead a team of sales, support and customer service professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and revenue growth strategies that align with company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales, support, and customer service professionals to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration of products and services, and the overall delivery of exceptional customer experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies that optimize revenue and profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes
- Work with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies and campaigns
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales and revenue growth leadership roles, preferably in a digital media or technology company
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to make data-based decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of local digital media solutions including SEO, Social Media, Email, websites, and other products

In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York City. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York is $350,000.00-$550,000.00. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York. If this role is open to candidates outside of New York, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate’s starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
