The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the full customer life cycle to drive growth through operational efficiency and keeping all teams accountable to revenue. They will look at business analytics and data across departments to help influence and make decisions to ensure that CloudPay’s sales team is on track to achieve its ambitious growth plans.
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded, and excellent communicator who can confidently use data to understand business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and initiate creative solutions and ideas to enhance performance. They can understand and elicit relevant requirements, are able to ask ‘why’, and challenge assumptions in a friendly and collaborative manner.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Get the best out of our Sales Tools (e.g. CRM, Seismic, Chorus), being responsible for managing these and providing meaningful insight into our customer lifecycle
- Leverage data to help Identify opportunities to improve our sales conversion rates and to increase cross sell and upsell opportunities; help shorten the length of the sales cycle
- Build and create dashboards and reports to present key data to stakeholders in a clear and concise way
- Build cross-functional relationships with key enablement stakeholders including sales, treasury, account management, marketing, and finance
- Help manage sales team account territories in the CRM along with account assignment rules
- Reporting on key KPIs across the sales functions and track goals to support business operations
- Use tools such as CRM Tool and Excel for daily analysis and reporting
- Design processes to maintain the completeness of the data in Hubspot to ensure reporting is accurate
- Analyse data in the global payroll market and individual sales team metrics to help spot opportunities to grow
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Has strong analytical skills, able to identify the whole picture from the vision through to detailed user story level
- Is a team player who is confident in building relationships
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Has commercial acumen and motivated to drive improved sales outcomes
- Technical skills: Advanced excel skills; ideally experienced with a CRM system (Hubspot)
- Familiarity with building dashboards and forecasting reports in previous roles and be able to communicate the report insights effectively
- Knowledge of the entire lifecycle from prospect to customer
- Has an understanding of the nature of a rapid growth business and the challenges this can bring
- Previous experience in a sales environment would be advantageous
