The Opportunity
This position reports to the Manager, Revenue Operations Sales and is responsible for sales reports and support. The position requires a person with research and analytical skills who can communicate across the organization. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for performing the dissemination of email templates to the sales team with regards to Salesforce hygiene, report generation, renewals and cancellations reporting, and/or leads assignment. The individual will need to have the ability to analyze information and create/deliver reports. The Revenue Operations Analyst should be a self-starter and have the ability to make improvements to the existing processes in order to achieve faster but more accurate results.
You Are Great At
- Fostering relationships with internal customers and consumers of the information
- Analysis of complex data to support timely and effective decision-making
- Creation and dissemination of templates, synthesis, and analysis of information
- Recurring reviews of various information/data
What It Takes
- Must work during US hours (EST), or 9pm-6am Philippine time, in order to coordinate work with US counterparts
- Open to entry-level applicants. Customer Service or Sales Operations work experience is a plus
- Ability to remain detail-oriented in challenging situations
- Good organization skills, time management, and ability to multi-task
- Prior experience or knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
- Ability to summarize business results clearly and concisely both orally as well as in writing
- Highly motivated, participative team player
- Ability to work independently yet effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
