We have two positions opening in this team.
One maternity cover for a part time 12-month FTC and one permanent, full time position to support the team growth.
As part of this team, you will run all orders that are processed through the sales function. This means receiving and checking the order passed from the sales agent through to final costing and commissions at the end of the project.
This team are very important being the hinge that connects sales and operations. The orders come in thick and fast, thanks to our brilliant sales team and your role to be to makes sure all orders are correct, commission worked out correctly and sent to our efficient operations teams to ensure the clients get the products and services they have bought from us.
You need to have good attention to detail, be able to work smartly and be highly organised to succeed in this fast passed role.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties
- Assist with the daily running of the sales order process via logging a sale through sales orders.
- Assist with final costings of new system and additional installs once complete daily.
- Generate commissions and reporting to the Sales and Service Support team.
- Assisting with install task billing from the install team for all one-off billable events.
- Liaise with dealers in relation to new orders and updates on existing orders.
- Raise Provisioning and Broadband install tasks daily, for all order that fall outside the PM processes.
- Liaise with account managers on jobs with incorrect paperwork and finally feeding back a completion update, including profit margin, at the end of the projects.
- Pre bill run checks including setting call and line rates.
