Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator will assist the ongoing adoption of our salesforce.com deployment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the salesforce.com platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Salesforce liaison for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, and other client facing teams for all things Salesforce.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including process and data quality enforcement, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Ability to write reports in Salesforce
- Manage data quality routines and inputs from our customer facing teams
- Manage operational projects across customer facing departments: present findings, develop action plans, gain consensus, and act as part of the ongoing team to translate recommendations into results
- Coordinate with IT and other CRM Committee members on the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
- Assist marketing and sales departments with record and data management within the campaigns, leads, contacts, account, and opportunity objects within salesforce
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and IT team
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience as a Sales Operations Coordinator
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of the platform
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $57,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
