Deep Trekker is seeking to hire a Sales Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing administrative support, and ensuring timely and accurate communication between the sales team and customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and get a kick out of working with underwater robots.
• Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, completing ids and proposals, preparing sales documents and presentations, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining sales databases.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between the sales team and customers.
• Manage the sales process documentation, including proposals, and purchase orders, and ensure it is properly documented and followed.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and service team, to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales-related activities.
• Create and manage sales performance reporting, regularly updating senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to help the sales team make informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for changes to improve sales efficiency.
• Support the sales team in the development and execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and programs.
• Occasionally lifting up to 60 lbs, helping the team prepare for trade shows.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or related fields.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other tools like CRMs.
• Knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
