The Role
Our client is seeking a proactive Sales and Operations colleague to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. The Sales Operations Coordinator will support with the administration and delivery of the customer journey, and develop and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams using various processes including Quality Management and Customer Relationship Management systems, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and overseeing the customer journey activities to ensure the company's goals are achieved.
Required skills

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and multitask across multiple functions
Desired Skills- but not essential:
- Experience in medical devices, electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of the following systems: QMS, Unleashed, Prospect CRM, Quick-books or a fast-moving commercial environment
