Deal Desk Analyst.
This role is critical to the company’s growth and scale and to make sure that the Deal Structuring and Quoting process is performed in a clean and controlled way, compliant with IFRS and company accounting rules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics)
- 1+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance Operations or Sales Operations role is a plus
- General understanding of good financial and corporate governance in the software industry
- Ready to adapt in a dynamic, fast-growing, rapidly growing environment
- Problem solver - ability to identify areas of improvement and need to be able to find solutions independently and effectively
- Self-motivated, able to multitask and work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Other languages are a Plus
- Good people skills, service oriented
- Working knowledge with CPQ, SalesForce, ZenDesk is a Plus
Responsibilities
- Provide Deal Operations support for quoting and aligned with defined policies and processes
- Manage the day-to-day requests from Sales and other teams related to quoting process, customer subscriptions, document review and validation, deal making practices and similar
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to sales on process adherence and system questions
- Partner with Strategic Deal Desk and Sales operations teams on process/system improvements and sales enablement
- Deliver relevant enablement to new and existing salespeople on the quoting and overall best practices
- Act as a triage for system issues reported by the Sales team. Guide and advise sales for any known issues, report accordingly and follow up for new issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Coordination with requests and approvals
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to sales on process adherence and system questions
