Who you are:
You are a seasoned sales operations professional whose focus primarily is on the sales process, along with analyzing data to identify new business opportunities and the success of executed campaigns. You are a Salesforce pro – adept at identifying new enhancements to support the success of the sales department. You are an effective leader, capable of driving teams to high levels of performance and are able to build strong internal relationships that ensures your team are supported for success.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and other sales leaders in the organization you will identify new sales initiatives and execute accordingly
- Leverage data to provide insights into these initiatives and measure success
- Coach teams to build strong professional relationships with advisors, prospective clients and colleagues
- Define and roll out our sales enablement operating model that is scalable, efficient and meets the needs of our sales leaders and growth strategy
- Establish repeatable templates that Sales Leaders and Associates will leverage throughout the sales lifecycle
- Serve as a point of escalation for internal teams and for the sales leaders when needing additional support
- Introduce, deploy and maintain tools and technology, such as SalesForce, that enables the Sales department to effectively manage each opportunity
- Own and drive the process for identifying and developing new enhancements within SalesForce
- Lead innovative and or/transformative projects while continually striving for improvement
What you need:
- Bachelors degree
- 5-8 years of sales operations experience at a managerial level
- A deep understanding of Salesforce
- Exceptional people leader skills with experience building high performing teams
- Solid understanding of business planning processes and the key business metrics needing to be achieved
- Excellent written and verbal communications, with demonstrated ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences
- Strong organizational skills that enable the ability to manage multiple functions/projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel
