We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Manager to grow our recruitment and consultancy division. Our dog-friendly Brighton office is in the heart of the town, where we are scaling quickly, and we want to welcome people passionate about providing bespoke solutions for our clients.

The Role:
As a Sales Operations Manager at James Chase, you will be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the core recruitment tech stack. Spearheading our sales & company operations across the group.
To succeed in this role you will be able to:
· Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to improve and automate our sales and marketing systems and processes, driving their evolution, enhancement and automation.
· Provide exceptional service to our sales team to ensure that we operate with operational excellence across the board.
· Liaise with the wider sales team to gather competitive intelligence, using this information to inform and refine our ongoing business development strategy.
· Generate sales metrics, dashboards, and other ad-hoc analytical reports that meet executive-level stakeholders' needs and ensure high data quality.
· Serve as the central point for all key sales governance processes, including bid management, and take ownership of ensuring that they operate smoothly and effectively.
· Occasionally design and deliver projects that benefit the wider organization and contribute to our overall success.

· Demonstrate the ability to establish strong relationships quickly and effectively, both in-person and remotely, with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
· Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
· Possess the ability to work efficiently and effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to quality.
· Exhibit a creative and innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve our sales and marketing efforts and contribute to the organization's growth.
· Be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all sales and marketing materials are accurate, well-organized, and presented to a high standard.
