We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Business Analyst to join our sales operations team. The Sales Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to the sales team. Additionally, the Sales Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for tracking data and producing reports for executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns
- Provide insights to the sales team to improve sales performance
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards for executives
- Track key sales metrics such as revenue, bookings, and pipeline
- Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain sales processes and procedures
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The successful candidate will have experience tracking data and producing reports for executives. They will be responsible for providing regular updates on key sales metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations based on the data.
