About the Role
As the Sales Operations Analyst at WalkMe you will report to our Sales Operations Manager and you will be responsible for creating and managing sales planning which will include territory management, headcount planning, quota roll out, and commission plans. You will conduct analysis into the health of the business and will be the harbinger for identifying relevant trends, challenges and opportunities. Your work will help guide and prioritize our decisions with passion, data-drive analysis and thought recommendations.
What You'll Own
Analyze and promote the health of the business: guide rigorous oversight, ensure accurate forecasts and create operational transparency
Focus across analytics, process & infrastructure, and strategy
Expand on and develop new operational models around pipeline health and deal management
Follow your curiosity and pursue hunches to uncover deep insight to steer our go-to-market investments – you will bring new perspectives to the table
Manage our quota, territory, and capacity plans, helping support a continuous planning cycle
Bring competency with our data in Salesforce, in-house data warehouse, and other data sources to capture different views into the business
What You Need to Succeed
Operational and analytical experience, with some experience in Sales or ops capacity
Salesforce mastery: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types
MS Excel skills, you can apply sumifs, index/match and vlookup, and table formulas
Deep experience modelling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), analysis tools, visualisation)
Endless curiosity and enjoy digging deeper for better understanding
You enjoy working with others and working solo
