Description
The Sales Performance Analyst, functions as an integral part of New Product RTM Operations with the core focus on business analytics, forecasting, outlook preparation, managing KPI definitions, data governance & optimization. A foundational pillar of this role would be to support & instrument pilots & test initiatives end-to-end including developing performance tracking models & identifying gap resolutions.
We are looking for energetic, engaging individuals who appreciate working with complex data in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager, this position is responsible for interacting on a regular basis with the Sales, WW Sales Operations teams, Scrum, Cloud Tech, CTI, Finance, Campaign Marking, & Business Unit.
Primary Responsibilities
➢ Opportunity sizing and propensity modeling to define target base for focus BU initiatives
➢ Data Governance with targets/capacity modeling, formatting, gap analysis, utilizing multiple data sources to reconcile and align opportunity sizing, targets, and performance tracking
➢ Gathering, mapping, formatting data across multiple sources leveraging all our systems- Hadoop, SFDC, Gainsight, PBI, Tableau, SharePoint, Excel Files & Adobe bespoke tools
➢ Outlook management and forecast modeling for new product sub-motions
➢ Deep Dive analysis on product attainment outside of main product motions
➢ PBI and Tableau Dashboard creation and maintenance, hygiene, and optimization to support all New Product Initiatives and motions
➢ Cross-functional collaboration with all business product teams and ecosystems to execute data related workflows end-to-end to product initiative go-lives and post-live support
➢ Define and see through short-term and long-term automation for all performance tracking initiatives
➢ Ensuring the correct rep is aligned to orders based on the territory in place, account assignment
➢ Attrition analysis, pipeline reporting & management, SFDC cases
➢ Driving data extraction utilizing SQL server, Hive and SFDC and executing lead upload processes
➢ Reporting on attainment for compensation purposes. SPIFF effectiveness and analysis; payout calculations.
➢ Ad hoc reporting requests
➢ Augment data quality assurance processes by putting in place required QA activities to manage sanity, correctness, quality of data to ensure trust among end consumers/stakeholders and accurate payouts to reps
➢ Document processes and operating procedures
➢ Manage & own end customers, stakeholder, deliverable, and timelines
➢ Perform UAT/PAT for system enhancements
