We are seeking a Chief Revenue Oicer to build on our momentum and scale our business. This professional will work with all functions of the organization to accelerate sales, maximize our clients’ success on the platform and ensure we are bringing the right products to market. As a key leader in the organization, you will have broad purview and strong autonomy to create a scalable organization and processes to ensure long-term success.

You will succeed if you have deep experience growing organizations from early phases to $10M+ in annual revenue through building deep client relations at the enterprise level and strong teams to serve clients. Responsibilities:
● Revenue generation, full and revenue target ownership
● Drive overall business execution and decision-making across functional areas including sales, business development, marketing, client success and product
● Develop and execute brand identity and go-to-market strategy ensuring a predictable,repeatable, and scalable sales process and execution towards results
● Develop a deep understanding of the market problems of various industry segments anduser personas and eectively position and communicate how and why product featuresand functionality address and overcome those market problems for our customers
● Build strong relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders
● Assist in adjusting product to market needs
● Attract top talent and lead a world-class team
Qualifications:

● Aggressive and capable of opening doors across clients at all levels with a proven trackrecord of success in SaaS sales and marketing

● A passion for and domain expertise in enterprise SaaS and marketing technology
● Demonstrated track record driving large-scale revenue growth and scaling a company from $2M revenue to $10M, preferably as an early-stage leader
● Proven success exceeding expectations in hitting revenue targets and retaining and growing customer relationships, within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment at a B2B enterprise SaaS company
● An ability to set a clear vision and execute on a strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute
● Confident and professional presentation skills, excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
● A results-driven, “get it done” mentality with the ability to toggle between strategic and tactical
● A strong bottom-line orientation
Ability to navigate ambiguity and take a scrappy approach to leadership
● Sound decision-making skills utilizing a data-driven approach
● An analytical mindset that applies product insights and market data & feedback to create sophisticated GTM strategies and marketing propositions
● Excellent conflict resolution skills, understanding people and their motivations, and the ability to articulate and work through differences that may arise to create positive outcomes
● Proven leadership and team-building skills with demonstrated track record of hiring and retaining top talent
● Minimum 7 years' experience in SaaS GTM particularly in enterprise sales
