JOB SUMMARY:
Divisions Maintenance group (DMG) is seeking a highly analytical, talented, and motivated Financial Analyst focusing on Sales Incentive Planning and Quota Management. We are looking for an experienced leader who has proven end-to-end experience in Sales quota management including the process of setting, tracking, and updating specific sales goals for certain periods of time.

The Team is responsible for providing sales operations support for the whole sales organization and its Executive Team. We are using financial acumen, strategic synthesis, and data–driven insights to advise senior executives and the leadership team all while working with some our most complex and challenging business questions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Owning and running sales quota and goal setting for the whole sales organization

Lead key projects, from inception to output, completing the analysis, gaining organizational alignment, and driving results and execution.

Develop plan and execute process improvements and tool implementations.

Trusted partner that possesses the technical expertise, communication skills and judgement to provide Executives and cross-functional teams with an objective and broader view.

Improve business performance by providing leadership and support to internal customers. Synthesize and communicate key insights to all levels of the organization.

Leads by example, possesses a strong work ethic, is collaborative and embraces a passion and results driven leadership model.

Is motivated to jump in, roll up the sleeves and help the teamwork through challenging situations.
REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience in quota management or a related analytical field required

Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics

Executive presence: ease of communication, confident, clear, and concise.

General FP&A background: budgeting, forecasting, expense, and margin analysis.

Multiple instances of ad hoc analysis / project experience that led to significant improvements in business results or processes.

Strategic thinker, with ability to come up with multiple solutions to a problem, and the ability to see a problem from variety of perspectives/angles.

Experience supporting business partners or working closely with cross-functional partners with little or no finance background.

Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.

Entrepreneurial attitude showing the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Detail oriented with advanced financial modeling and reporting skills.

Experience with understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements.

Demonstrated financial acumen with ability to model new growth scenarios to help business. partners make sound financial decisions.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to influence decisions at an executive level.

Strong comfort and experience with a remote work environment.

Ability to travel to Cincinnati for onboarding or other meetings as required.
