We are currently seeking students for our 2023 Cloud Academy Internship Program. 30% of our interns are hired into full-time positions with Intermedia. If you are a graduating student, this is a fantastic opportunity to find your path forward!
From day one, you will be working alongside other talented interns, you’ll partner with peers and work closely with leaders as you grow in your role. You’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into a variety of different projects and gain exposure to the innerworkings of the business. We also offer robust sessions with cross functional leaders, HR and Marketing designed to help you grow your personal branding, create an elevator pitch and even design your resume. Our interns get to know all levels within Intermedia and even interact with our down to earth and supportive senior leadership team!

In this role you'll get to:
Work with sales, marketing, finance, and corporate data teams to deliver a seamless user experience across resources that we use to run the business on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence. Some of the experiences you may gain through your internship include:
- Analyzing business data and creating forecasts using statistical models.
- Develop consistent definitions of KPIs across the business to support our GTM strategy.
- Assist with data preparation.
- Support dashboard and visualization development in Microsoft Power BI
- Document work procedures, processes, and methodologies
- Form strong collaborative working relationships with data and reporting teams and analysts across Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to learn and copy best practices.
- Apply expert judgment to remove impediments and deliver success in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with team members to ensure data requirements, project timelines, and established goals are met.
- Learn how Sales Ops supports a wide variety of key activities across an organization.
What you will bring to this role:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business, Math, or related field from an accredited college/university.
- Desire to pursue a career in corporate environment post-graduation.
- Have a passion for using data to make intelligent business decisions.
- Superior attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
- Experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools such as Tableau to create business dashboards, reports and KPIs based on global and regional requirements.
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite (MS Excel key to success)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders, technical and non-technical team members alike.
- Alignment with the data and analytics teams across the organization will be essential for success in this role.
- Self-motivated, willing to use online resources to answer questions, establish best practices and expand skills.
