Has 5+ years working in an e-commerce or logistics environment focused on order management, finance, or sales operations
As a Sales Operations Manager on the eero Order Management team, you will work closely with Account Managers, Finance, and Logistics teams to manage eero’s Custom Installer sales and operational planning processes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting customers, both end users and B2B partners with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong prioritization skills. This is a cross-functional role where you will work closely with several people across our Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing Operations teams to ensure that our sales reporting, partner onboarding, order management, promotion communication, and claims approvals are managed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is someone who can own these sales processes and the tools that make them work, both from an operational and a technical perspective, and become the subject matter expert for our Custom Installer sales programs. Strong communication and reporting skills are a must.
Key job responsibilities

Report on weekly and quarterly sales performance for the Pro/CI and SMB channels

Create and manage sales onboarding processes for Custom Installer and 3rd party distribution partners

Communicate promotions and price changes internally and to partners

Work with our Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing

Approve and enter return authorizations

Lead onboarding of new partners

Be a knowledge and task resource for the company for all things order management and sales operations for the channel

Build new and improve existing sales operations processes and tools

Help write and maintain documentation for all of eero’s order management and sales operations processes

Troubleshoot systems that support our order management and sales operations
- Is a fantastic communicator — both written and verbal — and is comfortable working with end customers, vendors, and B2B partners

Is experienced with Excel and has strong data analysis skills

Has a track record of successful cross-functional operations, and an ability to collaborate closely with different teams to deliver highly integrated customer communications

Has strong organizational and project management skills

Is curious about, or has experience in building and managing automated workflows

Is experienced with various logistics, order management, and project management tools

Is experienced in defining and tracking metrics related to unit and revenue sales

Regularly makes data-driven decisions to support and define program strategy

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
