Veriff is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to help support our Revenue and Commercial Sales Team as we manage incredible growth and new vertical expansion. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting sales leadership in driving operational excellence for Veriff while assisting with the day-to-day administration of Salesforce and operational tasks. This role is a high-value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the Revenue Operations Team with ownership of CRM, Salesforce
- Develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning in partnership with Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, and the Commercial Sales Team
- Support sales teams using Salesforce with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics
- Refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance
- Simplify processes to enhance sales productivity
- Track and analyze key metrics, pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking sales funnel and delivering regular insights
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales talent
- Refine customer segmentation and territory management
- Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives
- Maintain procurement and contract record
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Proven experience in creating and implementing sales incentive programs and compensation planning
- Knowledge of sales funnel management, forecasting, and pipeline development
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and Marketing.

Compensation:
The base salary for this role is $118,800-$209,760. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
