We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Fourth! You will be responsible for processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales, International Sales, and the Customer Success teams. This important role reduces friction in the sales process so that our teams are successful in their day-to-day activities.
The Role. . .
- Lead strategic & complex projects or workstreams that help drive efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate to leadership on a regular basis the pursued strategy, overall status, and any risks of a program
- Bring analytics & insights to the team that help influence business behaviors and decisions
- Optimize CRM usage and accuracy & other business tools our teammates use
- Quickly learn, understand, and clearly document current processes, interactions & dependencies
- Work with applicable teams to design streamlined & automated processes & practices
- Manage various stakeholders across the organization & become a trusted partner to senior leaders
- Own support for a segment of the business & assist the leader(s) in strategy, deal acceleration, operational effectiveness & other day to day support
- Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements that unlock productivity & accelerate revenue
- Provide support to front line teams, acting as liaison between sales/GPS and other partner teams (Product, Risk, Legal, Pricing, etc.)
- Own creating & enabling best practices to the field and monitor them for adoption & effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate. . .
- 3+ years Sales Operations experience
- Proven history of consistently exceeding expectations
- Experience working with Senior Management & C level executives
- Salesforce.com, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator experience a plus
- Critical thinker who can quickly diagnose problems with hypotheses & quantify impact
- Data driven & experience working cross functionally
- Able to present to & comfortable around multiple levels of leaders
- Has a strong sense of accountability & drive
- Eager to continuously learn. (personally & from the job)
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and high growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
