Cledara just raised a $20M series A round and we are looking for a Junior Sales Operations person to work closely with the sales team, based in London and Denver, Colorado. You will be a key part of bringing Cledara to the next level as we continue to onboard new customers who rely on us to ensure that they have visibility and control over the software they use to be successful.

Tasks
Cledara is in a very interesting place in our lifecycle. We are looking to solidify our customer base across the EU and grow and build brand recognition and customer base across the US market, we recently made inroads to. Sales/Revenue Ops will be foundational in this process, helping target the right companies, industries and personas, enabling our sales team to close more deals quicker, while also surfacing key metrics and trends in our customer base to increase product adoption and reduce churn.
We are looking for someone to join our team. This team is still quite new and constantly evolving. There is a lot of room to learn and grow. You will be engaged primarily with the sales team, however will impact the entire customer journey, from prospect to customer engagement and upselling.
The work will largely focus on data analysis and preparation. This will include cleaning CRM fields and workflows, sourcing and tiering accounts for outreach, and creating customer segmentation models.
For this we are looking for a highly analytical and data driven individual to join our team. While almost everything can be taught, we need you to have some basic foundations, outlined below.
