Our client is a top supply chain, B2B software, and business analytics company. They are looking for a Sales Operation Analyst to support their Finance, Professional and Managed Services Operations.
Responsibilities
- Point person for preparing quotes for new software and subscription sales with an emphasis on preparing accurate pricing and terms to customers
- Work with partners such as IBM and Tableau to obtain special bid pricing to ensure our company is providing competitive bids
- Register partner opportunities in partner portals and process assigned partner leads to the correct sales account executive
- Collaborate with finance, professional and managed services operations to facilitate invoicing and accurate margin capture
- Process orders and provide customers with their entitlements to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Respond to customer requests for information on licensing and subscriptions
- Create and run reports utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
- Facilitate CRM data cleanup efforts utilizing Excel formulas and other available tools to help prepare bulk data updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Hands on experiences with Salesforce
- Able to complete all assignments in timely and organized manner
- 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Administration role
- Supported distributed sales teams in SaaS, Software, Professional Services or Managed Services domains
- Customer-centric approach to support for both internal and external customers
- Attention to detail particularly in pricing
Salary Range
$50,000 – $60,000
