We pride ourselves on working closely and collaboratively with our clients to craft intuitive user experiences and valuable products across a wide range of industries, technologies, and clients.
Our reputation as a partner determined to deliver high-quality, robust and thoughtful products has enabled us to scale to 450 people in the last couple of years. We have tripled the business over the last 18 months and we are preparing for further growth by delivering high quality software products for some of the UK’s most established brands counting MoneySuperMarket, Tesco Bank, Yorkshire Building Society and FanDuel among them.
The Role:
As a Sales Operations Manager at xDesign you will lead on the delivery of effective sales operations to drive growth and profitability within the business. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the senior executive team to scale best practice across the business and make recommendations to help define the sales strategy.
To succeed in this role you will be able to:
- Work with the wider sales and commercial teams to drive evolution and enhancement of sales systems and processes.
- Provide best-in-class service to our sales team to ensure operational excellence and be seen as the ‘super user’ for inhouse CRM
- Liaise with the wider sales team to gather competitive intelligence to inform ongoing business development strategy
- Ensure all proposals meet the customers’ requirements and operational needs, are technically accurate and commercially verified
- Deliver sales metrics, dashboards and other ad-hoc analytical to ensure data quality reporting to executive level stakeholders
- Act as central point around all key sales governance processes including bid management
About You:
- Be able to build strong relationships quickly and effectively both in person and remotely
- Have previous CRM experience as well as other key sales tools (Hubspot, Pipedrive, LI Sales Navigator etc)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines and respond positively to changing demands
- Creative and innovative mindset always looking for ways to improve
- Analytical and data driven - the ability to take data and info, translate into insight and drive decision making
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
