Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, this role partners with Sales and Operational teams to drive key business objectives of Sales tech stack, specifically quoting and CRM tools. This role would have a deep understanding of the tools the Sales team needs to configure proposals to customers, forecast deals correctly, and close business. (Quotes and Opportunities in Salesforce and CPQ). This person would work cross functionally with our Business Applications team to understand processes enough to be able to analyze and troubleshoot on behalf of sales users.
What You’ll Do:

Work with cross-functional teams to understand system processes for Sales CRM and Quoting tool

Act as subject matter expert for sales tools that sales reps use in order to be a point of contact for assistance

Work in a ticketing system and be able to prioritize and capture metrics on tasks
-
Be able to identify when a systems issue needs to be escalated because it does not align with go-to-market strategy of the business.

Communicate with Sales teams and incorporate a mindset of serving the Customer (sales team)

Perform reporting in Salesforce
-
Analyze processes and input of data to find discrepancies and errors
-
Optimizing sales processes and ensuring sales technology and methodologies are a good fit
Skills You’ll Need to Have:
-
2-3 years of experience using Salesforce and sales quoting system
-
Understanding of the sales cycle and process from beginning lead stages to closing business
-
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve and identify discrepancies in user processes.

Understanding of data hygiene and governance in Salesforce
-
